After making their recent debuts in other UK cities in recent weeks, PCW return to their regular home of Preston’s Evoque nightclub for what is arguably the biggest event in their annual calendar. Bouncing back from an unfortunate breakdown in relations with former partners ROH, they will present instead of the former Supershow of Honour, the inaugural World Wrestling Championships, teaming with US promotions CZW and Beyond Wrestling as well as German promotion WXW. The event will sprawl over three shows, the first on the night of Friday 25^th and then the second and third on the afternoon and evening of Saturday 26^th. Taking the form of a tournament, first round matches announced thus far include Jurg Simmons facing Dave Crist, Chris Dickinson taking on Joey Janela, A R Fox meeting Dezmond Xavier and Keith Lee clashing with the UK’s own Dave Mastiff.

Tidal Wrestling celebrate their third anniversary at the Darlington Dolphin Centre on 25^th, with a card that includes Gabriel Kidd meeting “The Righteous” Joseph Connors, Little Miss Roxxie taking on Evee Black, The New Nation (“The Primate” Jason Prime and Alexander Henry) against the Sons of Ulaid (Rory Coyle and Bas Ban) and HT Drake challenging Liam Slater for the Tidal Open Championship.

Southside pop up at the Priory Centre in St Neots on 26^th for Ill Manors 2016, with former WWE, TNA and NPJW superstar MVP taking on Joseph Connors, Nixon Newell and Kay Lee Ray looking to settle their differences once and for all in a Last Woman Standing Match and “The Mexican Sensation” El Ligero defending the Southside Heavyweight Championship against “The Bruiserweight” Pete Dunne. Also, scheduled to appear are Robbie X, reality TV star Adam Maxted and former WWE superstars Paul London and Hornswoggle.

MVP and Hornswoggle are joined on 27^th by the former ECW, WWE and TNA superstar Tommy Dreamer, as all three make an appearance at Winter Wonderslam, for XWA at the Colchester Charter Hall. Joining them will be UK legend Doug Williams, Lion Kid and icons of Japanese women’s wrestling Manami Toyota and Emi Sakura.

After being left with their Heavyweight Championship vacant thanks to the accumulated injuries of new titleholder Mark Haskins, PROGRESS return to the Camden Electric Ballroom on 27^th for The Graps of Wrath, where some of the many questions this situation poses may finally be answered. Nixon Newell and Katey Harvey meet in a first round match of the PROGRESS Women’s Title Tournament, Pastor William Eaver faces the awesome might of “Iron Man” Joe Coffey, The South Pacific Power trip (Travis Banks and TK Cooper, accompanied as always by Dahlia Black) meet The Hunter Brothers to determine the number one contenders for the PROGRESS tag team titles, whilst British Strong Style (Pete Dunne and Trent Seven) defend the same against the former champions The London Riots, Will Ospreay faces Matt Riddle and finally “The Villain” Marty Scurll contests a grudge match against the returning Jimmy Havoc.
