Forget about the current designs of the 3 NXT belts. William Regal announced this afternoon at Wrestlemania Axxess that a new version of all the titles will be unveiled tonight during NXT Takeover: Orlando PPV.

NXT General manager William Regal explains this decision because Wrestlemania is in “NXT’s home” of Florida and so it makes this Takeover “extra special”. He considered this choice as a way to thank the fans for the support they give to the brand.

Because of the latest design of some of the WWE titles, mostly the Universal Title which has been heavily criticised, the main question for tonight will probably be more about what the champions will have to wear around their waists than who are going to wear them.

Shinsuke Nakamura will try tonight to regain the NXT Championship belt he lost at NXT Takeover: San Antonio last January against Bobby Roode. Ember Moon will try to end the year-long reign of NXT Women’s Champion Asuka. The current NXT Tag Team Champions The Authors of Pains will compete in a triple threat match against #DIY and The Revival.
