Cody entered on his own, without the rest of The Bullet Club. After the match, Cody grabbed the world title belt and held it upin front a booing crowd.
* IWGP Intercontinental Championship Match: Hiroshi Tanahashi (c) defeated Billy Gunn
Billy Gunn shook hands with Tanahashi in a show of respect after the match
* IWGP US Title Tournament – Final: Kenny Omega w/The Young Bucks (Matt and Nick Jackson) defeated Tomohiro Ishii to become the first-ever IWGP United States Champion.
After the match, Cody grabbed the belt from Omega. Even if the two finally embraced, dissension seems to be spreading into The Bullet Club.
