The list of WWE injured wrestlers seems to never stop growing as we learnt that two new Superstars, NXT Women’s Champion Asuka and RAW Superstar Big Cass, are now sidelined with injuries.

WWE announced yesterday that Asuka broke her right collarbone during her match with Ember Moon this past Saturday at NXT TakeOver: Brooklyn III. WWE physician explained in the statement she landed awkwardly from a throw from Ember Moon but was able to finish the match, even suffering from notable pain and discomfort.

The typical recovery time for a collarbone injury is from 6 to 8 weeks. The next set of NXT tapings is taking place this Thursday at Full Sail University in Orlando, Florida. It would be very unlikely NXT General Manager William Regal would strip her of the NXT Women’s title, even if no timetable has been given for Asuka’s return.

As she stated on Twitter, the Champion is keeping an unbreakable faith.

After successfully defeating The Big Show at SummerSlam on Sunday night, Big Cass was set to put an end to his feud with Enzo Amore on RAW in a Brooklyn Street Fight yesterday night. But Cass landed badly on his leg after Enzo Amore dodged a big boot by pulling down the top rope.

WWE quickly posted a statement that confirmed the news and revealed Big Cass was in fact suffering from a knee injury. The extent of it and his time out of the ring will be confirmed after Cass gets an MRI this Tuesday. Recovery could take from a few weeks to a few months.
