Two major Superstars have been removed from WWE TLC: Tables, Ladders and Chairs card due to medical issues. Roman Reigns and Bray Wyatt are not going to be able to compete on Sunday, WWE just announced.

Kurt Angle will replace Roman Reigns in the 5-on-3 handicap TLC match and compete for the first time in more than 11 years. So The SHIELD reunion, which was more or less the most interesting point of this pay-per-view, is not going to happen this time… AJ Styles, who was supposed to be in Argentina and Chile with SmackDown Live, is going to replace Bray Wyatt and face “The Demon”.

Angle will join forces with RAW Tag Team Champions Seth Rollins & Dean Ambrose to battle the daunting combination of Braun Strowman, Intercontinental Champion The Miz, Cesaro, Sheamus and The Big Red Machine Kane in a Tables, Ladders & Chairs 5-on-3 Handicap Match. And the showdown between “The Demon” and Styles the WWE Universe has been wanting for a long time is going to happen and promises to be one of the most exciting matches of 2017.

A rumoured viral meningitis epidemy seems to be responsible of this huge turmoil in the Red Roster (mumps are also quoted and could explain the longer incubation time). Bo Dallas is said to be the first to suffer from it. To avoid the risk of contagion, his brother Bray Wyatt and RAW announcer JoJo, Wyatt’s girlfriend, were taken away from the rings. But it seemed like the virus made more victims than expected, despite incubation preventive measures and testings.
