Nine days after The Greatest Royal Rumble in Saudi Arabia and a few days before the European Tour, Backlash is the first PPV to air after WrestleMania 34 and also the first post-Shake up one. WWE is coming back to a dual-branded system for its PPVs and Backlash is mixing matches from both RAW and SmackDown Live.
