After a series of 3 matches that literally blew the minds of wrestling fans, Kenny Omega will try one more time to grab the IWGP Heavyweight Championship from the shoulder of Kazuchika Okada. At 710+ day reign, Okada seems unbeatable and indestructible.

But he’s the one who nominated Omega as his challenger for Dominion 6.9 in Osaka-jo Hall this Saturday. Okada made the stipulation that the match would have no time limit and Omega made the match a 2 out of 3 falls one.

Chris Jericho attacked Tetsuya Naito at New Year’s Dash!! but at Wrestling Dontaku last month, Jericho made his return to NJPW attacking Naito again. It was then announced that Naito would be defending the IWGP Intercontinental Title at Dominion.

At ROH and NJPW event Honor Rising, the Young Bucks announced their move to the heavyweight division. At Wrestling Dontaku the Young Bucks challenged IWGP Heavyweight Tag Team Champions Evil and Sanada, who accepted the challenge shortly after.

After missing the opportunity to compete against Jushin Thunder Liger at Strong Style Evolved in the USA due to an injury, Rey Mysterio will finally make his debut with NJPW in a 6-Man Tag Team Match in which he will team up with Liger.
