This is not a dream anymore. WWE UK brand was born on Monday, June 18th, 2018, at the Royal Albert Hall in London. The company officially announced during tonight’s WWE United Kingdom Championship Tournament event that they are launching a UK brand effective immediately. 

Triple H came to the ring and introduced WWE United Kingdom General Manager Johnny Saint who said that the first tapings will take place on July 28th and July 29th at the Corn Exchange in Cambridge, England. He also promised the brand will feature a men, women and tag team’s division.

The next set of tapings will take place on August 25th and 26th, as part of Insomnia, the U.K.’s biggest gaming festival, at NEC in Birmingham, England, at Plymouth Pavilions, England, on October 13th and 14th, and at Liverpool Olympia, on November 24th and November 25th.

WWE confirmed on its website the birth of “NXT UK”, a new United Kingdom series featuring the greatest competitors from the United Kingdom and Ireland. The U.K. Championship and two new championships —  the U.K. Women’s Championship and U.K. Tag Team Championship — will be on the line at the NXT UK events announced above.
