Ring of Honor is launching a new event with the International Cup. And the inaugural Cup will feature the UK vs. the USA. The shows will take place this August in Scotland and England for the ROH’s “Honor Re-United Tour”. The inaugural winner of the International Cup will face whomever the Ring of Honor World Champion may be on Sunday, August 19 in London.
The 4 first participants were announced today. If Jimmy Havoc will make his debut with Ring of Honor, Joe Hendry, Jody Fleisch and Jonny Storm took part of a 2002 tour while Joe Hendry took part of the Honor United tour a few weeks ago. Four more UK names will be announced in the next few weeks, as well as the 8 US participants.

Thursday, August 16 – Edinburgh Corn Exchange – Edinburgh, Scotland – 7:00 pm GMT
4 first round matches – USA vs. UK in each first round match
Saturday, August 18 – Doncaster Dome – Doncaster, England – 5:30 pm GMT
Semifinals and finals
Sunday, August 19 – York Hall – London, England – 5:00 pm GMT
