After the success of All In in September 2018, fans were expecting a follow-up and, why not,  a new promotion. Rumours have been running even more rampant over the last few weeks when Cody and The Young Bucks announced they were leaving Ring of Honor. Finally, after months of teasing the possibility of starting their own promotion, Cody Rhodes, Matt Jackson, Nick Jackson and Adam Page unveiled All Elite Wrestling during the latest episode of Being The Elite, here below.

The Elite also alluded to All Elite Wrestling’s first show, Double Or Nothing, and details have since emerged that an official announcement will be made regarding the event on January 8th during the ‘Double or Nothing Rally’ in Jacksonville. 2019 is already looking to be an exciting year for wrestling fans with a new major promotion in the wrestling landscape.

Official details are limited at the moment, but they did show a logo for “Double or Nothing,” which appears to be the brand’s first show and the follow-up to All In 2018. As we previously reported, the group has been working on AEW with Tony Khan, whose family owns the Jacksonville Jaguars. Multiple TV offers are said to have already been made to the brand-new promotion. Some talents are also said to have already been signed.

No news yet on if the promotion will be working with New Japan Pro Wrestling or Ring of Honor. There’s also no word on what involvement the other members of The Elite will have with AEW in the near future, like the reigning IWGP Heavyweight Champion Kenny Omega or Marty Scurll.
