Two very different matches from the NJ Cup here but with two of the main eventers in the company facing wildcard opposition we could be in for a shock

Yuji Nagata & Manabu Nakanishi def. Yota Tsuji & Michael Elgin

Bullet Club (Bad Luck Fale, Chase Owens, Taiji Ishimori & HIKULEO) def. Satoshi Kojima, Hiroyoshi Tenzan, Togi Makabe & Ren Narita

LIJ (Tetsuya Naito & Shingo Takagi) def. Shota Umino & Hirooki Goto

Suzuki Gun (Minoru Suzuki, Davey Boy Smith Jr & Taichi) def. LIJ (SANADA, EVIL & BUSHI)

Kota Ibushi & Tomoaki Honma def. Suzuki Gun (TAKA Michinoku & Zack Sabre Jr)

Colt Cabana, Juice Robinson, Ryusuke Taguchi & Tomohiro Ishii def. Hiroshi Tanahashi, YOSHI-HASHI, Toru Yano & Toa Henare

Will Ospreay vs Lance Archer

Ospreay out of the gates hot, using his athleticism to his advantage.  Archer takes over and plays the tall jackass using some good power offence to stay on top.  Once the heat segment ended we got into signature move time with Ospreay becoming the first person to kick out of The Blackout and Archer kicking out of the OsCutter.  A creative storm breaker got the win for Ospreay after a very good match that other people will probably like way more than me.

Winner: Will Ospreay Rating: 7 out of 10

Kazuchika Okada vs Mikey Nicholls

This one was a repeat of every Okada main event.  Nicholls was decent but his heat segment didn’t blow me away.  Once Okada got back into it and the counters started business began to pick up.  Good match but nothing to write home about

Winner: Kazuchika Okada Rating: 6 out of 10
