All Elite Wrestling has announced that Chris Jericho will be appearing at their upcoming Fight for the Fallen event. AEW Fight for the Fallen takes place on Saturday, July 13 from Daily’s Place in Jacksonville, Florida.
Jericho pulled himself out of Fyter Fest due to the decision to stream the event on B/R Live for free, as he explained on Twitter. Jericho is still requesting a thank-you from Cody and The Young Bucks, something he has been asking for since Double or Nothing. Jericho considers he’s the reason why the first-ever AEW PPV was sold out so quickly, like Fyter Fest.
There’s no word yet on who Jericho will be wrestling, and if he will wrestle, at Fight for the Fallen, but he’s still scheduled to compete at All Out on August 31 to try to become the inaugural AEW World Champion in a match against Adam Page.
I’ll see you there @AEWrestling …and I’m coming for my #ThankYou! #FightForTheFallen @ Dailys Place Amphitheater https://t.co/aUWDMagEMT
