The card of OWE UK’s Tag Team Tournament First Day is expanding day after day. After the first 2 first-round matches of the inaugural Tag Team tournament, the 6-Woman Gauntlet Match, and Robbie X vs Shaolin Monk, the company announced today “Screwface” Ahmed will face StrongHearts’ own T-Hawk on September 18 in London.
For more than 16 years, “Screwface” Ahmed has been the outlaw of the fight game. He has worked for PROGRESS, ICW, the late WZW, TNT, RISE, 3CW, ASW, 5 Star and NORTH wrestling. He also competed in Germany and Denmark. He has worked with the best UK wrestlers of the last decade and is currently mixing wrestling with training. Screwface has always been considered a dependable in-ring performer guaranteed to give an audience a quality match. His 2019 has seen him mostly mix it up on TNT and North Wrestling but he also faced NJPW’s HIKULEO at Target Wrestling. His most recent win saw him topple wXw’s Jurn Simmons for a rowdy Newcastle Crowd.
Much like many other wrestlers in OWE UK, he could really use this as a chance to show the world why he has the respect he has. He is a gifted technician and he will be able to mesh well with any opponent he is given. Here’s a taste of things to come:

T-Hawk, known for his work at International Wrestling Revolution Group, debuted in pro-wrestling on March 29, 2010. He trained in his craft at NEX wrestling school, a school that is connected to Dragon Gate. His signature chop is known as an alarming and impactful move among his opponents. It was in 2013 that he would first be announced as T-Hawk. T-Hawk would form a new stable that returned to Dragon Gate. The stable would include Eita and U-T, becoming known as Millennials.
Millennials made their debut at Dragon Gate’s The Gate of Generation. T-Hawk would go on to represent several championships such as Open the Triangle Gate Championship, DTU Alto Impacto Championship, King of Gate, Open the Twin Gate Championship, Summer Adventure Tag League, Interim Open the Twin Gate Championship, DDT’s KO-D 6 Man Tag Team Championship, and others. In addition, he won the Open the Triangle Gate Championship Next Challenger one night tourney in 2013, the 2012 and 2013 Summer Adventure Tag Leagues, and he’s done all that before even hitting 30.
The current Australasian Champion and Wrestle-1 Champion is a powerhouse. T-Hawk is one of the “original” StrongHearts, the stable Cima formed in 2018 when he departed Dragon Gate to create OWE in China. Like Cima, T-Hawk’s career had been related to Dragon Gate since his debut. The StrongHearts have wrestled ever since on DDT Pro Wrestling and Wrestle-1 in Japan, and AEW in the USA, where he teamed up with Cima and Lindaman at Double or Nothing. T-Hawk is also set to team up with Shigehiro Irie as part of the 16 teams competing in the OWE UK’s inaugural Tag Team tournament.
To reply to the many requests for multi-day tickets for both venues in the UK tour, OWE UK decided to create passes for the 2 London shows and 3 Liverpool shows. A 5-day pass for all OWE UK shows is also available. Passes holders will have the chance to attends some meet & greets. The tour will be taking place from September 18th-22nd.
