The next tag tournament match has been set as The Kings of Catch are set to do battle with the UK Hooligans. It will be the battle of Scotland vs Britain as these two teams collide in the first round of the OWE UK tag tournament. The match will happen on September 19 in London, at OWE UK London Day 2 show.

The Kings of Catch are a Scottish team famous for their work in ICW and Discovery, as well as a slew of other promotions across the UK. The team of Aspen Faith and Lewis Girvan are the current ICW Tag Team Champions and are former WrestleZone Tag Champs. They are also a part of the Filthy Generation with Kay Lee Ray and Stevie Boy.

The Kings of Catch have fought against some of the best teams in the UK, clashing with the likes of The Purge, P.O.D, Jonny Storm and Jody Fleisch and many others in their quest for ICW gold. They are one of the best teams in Scotland and aim to prove it to the world.

OWE UK listened to the call of #SignTheHooligans by welcoming the UK Hooligans in the tournament, when other company didn’t take the chance. Zack and Roy Knight were born and raised into wrestling. As the sons of Rick and Saraya Knight and the brothers of WWE’s own Paige, they have been a part of the lineage of UK wrestling.

The UK Hooligans have worked around the UK winning titles in their wake sometimes alongside their father, Ricky Knight. Despite being 29, Zak Knight has been wrestling for 19 years. His half-brother Roy made his debut in 1995 at only 14. They trained and have performed in the family promotion, WAW UK. They have also been seen in PCW and SWE where they have held gold.

The bracket of the first-round is as followed:

September 18

  • Gym Nasty Boys vs Anti Fun Police
  • Arrows of Hungary vs Luchasaurus & Marko Stunt
  • StrongHearts (Cima & Lindaman) vs OWE China’s T-Cool & Monkey King

September 19

To reply to the many requests for multi-day tickets for both venues in the UK tour, OWE UK decided to create passes for the 2 London shows and 3 Liverpool shows. A 5-day pass for all OWE UK shows is also available. Passes holders will have the chance to attends some meet & greets. The tour will be taking place from September 18th-22nd.
