At Rebellion, ring announcer David Penzer made his return to the company. Scott D’Amore later confirmed his comeback was official. Penzer worked in TNA from 2005 to 2010. He returned for a brief stint in 2017 before being let go. Penzer will be doing the ring announcing for at least the next few weeks as IMPACT taped Rebellion and some TV content at Skyway Studios in Nashville in recent weeks.
