Kevin Owens announced that he is suffering from an ankle injury. He told RDS in Quebec he believes that he’s suffering from a sprain or a slight fracture. The injury happened during his WrestleMania 36 match with Seth Rollins as a result of his spectacular flight when Owens threw himself from the top of the WrestleMania inscription about twenty feet from the ground to land on his rival who was lying on a table. Owens also revealed that he will be getting X-rays during the week to confirm the extent of the injury. He could out from a few weeks to a few months.

If Owens is away, it is also because he wanted to be with his family during the COVID-19 pandemic. A freedom that WWE allow their athletes, even if it continues to operate. “It’s special that we were considered essential in the state of Florida, but maybe it’s a mentality, they think people need such distraction. The great thing about WWE is that it doesn’t require us to be there if we don’t want to. This is also why in the last two weeks I have not been present because I preferred to be at home with my family, “he said.

WWE and the wrestler himself have to confirm that news but Jimmy Uso is said to currently be out of action due to a knee injury that happened at WrestleMania 36 during the triple threat ladder match. Jimmy will be out of action for 6 to 9 months.

The Usos returned to SmackDown in January, saving Roman Reigns from an attack from King Corbin and Dolph Ziggler. After this storyline with their cousin ended, the former 6-time Tag Team Champions immediately started to chase the SmackDown Tag Team titles.
