Brace yourself because things are about to get a little – a lot crazy, Tuesday nights on AXS TV, say Impact Wrestling on its website as Crazzy Steve signed a new contract with the company. Two weeks ago, he surprised everyone when he re-emerged as the mystery tag team partner for Tommy Dreamer and Rhino at Rebellion PPV. Steve was able to help the ECW originals pick up the win over oVe’s Madman Fulton, Jake and Dave Crist.

Crazzy Steve previously worked for Impact Wrestling, then TNA, intermittently from 2014 until 2017. Steve initially debuted as part of The Menagerie stable alongside Knux (aka Mike Knox), The Freak (aka Rob Terry) and Rebel. After turning heel on The Menagerie at “One Night Only!: Live” in 2015 Steve would then become a member of Decay in 2016.

During his time with Decay, he was flanked by Abyss and Rosemary. Steve and Abyss defeated Beer Money on the March 19, 2016, edition of TNA to win the TNA World Tag Team Championships. Their war against The Broken Hardyz led to a series of extreme matches with a culmination at Total Nonstop Deletion. The stable was creepy and cool, which explained the doll he was wearing around his neck.

After his Rebellion appearance, many were expecting him to be back with the company. Like said for Su Yung yesterday, Steve is perfectly fitting Impact Wrestling’s cinematic and hardcore vision of wrestling. He will find back in the roster his old friend and partner Rosemary, who has never left the company since The Decay. The magic of their duo could lead to the worst things for their opponents, but the best for the fans.
