IMPACT Wrestling confirms that it has terminated its contracts with Dave Crist and Joey Ryan, effective immediately. In addition, it has suspended Michael Elgin pending further review of allegations of misconduct.

As the company is about to air a new episode of IMPACT, its iconic weekly show, tonight on AXS TV and tomorrow on Fight Network UK, Impact Wrestling made things clear that night about the situation of three of their wrestlers.

Joey Ryan made his comeback to Impact Wrestling at Bound For Glory last year as one of the 20 participants in the Call Your Shot Gauntlet match, he was signed shortly after. He was recently the leader of the Cancel Culture faction, alongside Rob Van Dam, Katie Forbes and Jake Crist.

Dave Crist and his brother Jake made their Impact Wrestling debut on August 2017 at Destination X, under the name oVe. At Victory Road, they defeated LAX (Ortiz and Santana) to win the Impact World Tag Team Championship. They would later form a faction with Sami Callihan and Madman Fulton, now dissolved.

Michael Elgin made a shocking debut with Impact Wrestling when he attacked Brian Cage after he became Impact World Champion at Rebellion last year. Elgin is scheduled to compete for the World Championship in a Fatal-Five-Way match at Slammiversary XVIII, no words yet on the fate of the match.
