AEW has pulled two of their stars from tonight’s episode of AEW Dynamite due to both coming in contact with people who have tested positive for COVID 19.
Since last week’s show, in his everyday life, QT had brief contact with a non-wrestling acquaintance who since tested positive for COVID-19. QT Marshall was the first announced by Tony Khan as removed due to coming into contact with a non-wrestling acquaintance who tested positive for the virus. He was originally scheduled to be in tag team action with Dustin Rhodes against FTR. That has now been changed to FTR vs SCU.

The second is AEW World Champion Jon Moxley who was also announced by Tony Khan as removed as he too came into contact with an acquaintance who had been in contact with someone with the virus. He too decided to stay away and get tested, rather than risk attending the show. His Fyter Fest opponent, Brian Cage, will now be in action instead of him.
There has been no word on how the situation will affect Fyter Fest card, as the special event takes place on July 1st and 8th.
