GCW is about to grace our screens again this week as they prepare to unleash a stacked weekend of wild wrestling and deathmatch goodies in their home of Atlantic City.  Both nights of GCW Homecoming are going to be available to buy on FITE TV as single packages at about £11 each (Night 1, Night 2) or £16 as a double pack. Let’s break down these cards shall we as there are going to be shock returns, big debuts, and more as GCW takes over the Garden Pier on Atlantic City Boardwalk.

GCW Homecoming Part 1 – Saturday, July 25th

  • GCW Title Match: Rickey Shane Page vs Homicide – RSP has made a habit of crushing the GCW favourites, but can he handle one of the best in Homicide?
  • DDT Ironman Heavyweight Title: Yoshiko vs “The Bad Boy” Joey Janela – DDT’s demon doll Yoshiko travels from Japan to Atlantic City to destroy Joey Janela with their newly won Ironman title on the line.
  • ACH vs Tre Lamar – ACH makes his much-anticipated return to wrestling against one of GCW’s newer debuts in what is going to be one hell of a match. I’ve missed ACH so I’m glad he’s back.
  • Nick Gage vs SHLAK – These two have had messy and bloody wars in the past, time to see what new blood bath they will create this time.

  • Blake Christian vs Alex Zayne – It’ll be the battle of the fast and the flippiest as GCW’s Taco flavoured flip boy takes on All-Heart breakout star Blake Christian. Both have made a name through GCW but who will be the big winner here?
  • Deathmatch: Alex Colon vs AJ Gray – AJ Gray in a deathmatch! Gray is one of GCW’s biggest powerhouses but will power help him cope with one of America’s best deathmatch wrestlers in his own type of match?
  • Chris Dickinson vs Mance Warner – Dirty Daddy vs Second Gear Crew’s light beer brawler. This one is going to get ugly because the longer Dickinson is kept from a ring, the more violent get, we all still remember the Paco Loco massacre.
  • Effy vs Spyder Nate Webb – A character battle as the loveable Teenage Dirtbag obsessed Webb takes on Effy, the new daddy of GCW in what should be a very fun fight.
  • ScrambleF-CK: Allie Kat vs Matthew Justice vs Colin Moriarty vs Jimmy Lloyd vs Calvin Tankman vs Benjamin Carter. A late addition to the card but no less exciting. As I said the scrambles are legendary and this one has a lot of big players in it.

GCW Homecoming Part 2 – Sunday, July 26th

  • ScrambleF-CK: Blake Christian vs Alex Zayne vs Tre Lamar vs Myron Reed vs Jimmy Lloyd vs Jordan Oliver – Do I really need to explain this one? GCW scrambles are legendary and I’m sure this one will be no different
  • ACH vs KTB – A dream match you never knew you needed. ACH is one of the most athletically gifted wrestlers on the planet now he will have to take on one of the most agile big men in the company in the Beast himself KTB.
  • Chris Dickinson vs Calvin Tankman – Holy mother of big man battle is this going to be good. Calvin Tankman really lives up to the name Tankman and we all know Dickinson loves to give and take a battering. This is going to be incredibly physical and probably more than a little bit scary to watch.

  • Deathmatch: Alex Colon vs Zachary Wentz – Alex Colon has his second deathmatch of the weekend against 1/3 of the Rascalz and MMA trained badass Zachary Wentz. Colon will have his hands full trying to keep down one of the most unique hybrid guys in the business. This one will also likely get a little crazy.
  • Tony Deppen vs Colin Moriarty – Another standout from Wrld on GCW Part 2, Moriarty is set to be one of the most interesting to watch in upcoming shows and he’ll have to use all of his smooth as silk technique to put down GCW’s best grappler, Tony Deppen.
  • Allie Kat vs Spyder Nate Webb – Webb gets his second match of the weekend against the Queen of the Laricat, Allie Kat. Will he be able to subdue the girl who stood up to Nick Gage or will he be another turd in the litter tray?
  • Plus, the Second Gear Crew are scheduled to appear on Night 2 so expect Mance Warner, Matthew Justice, 1 Called Manders, and Effy to raise some hell.

This is everything we know so far about both parts of GCW Homecoming. As it’s GCW, surprises could come from every turn and I would not be shocked to see more get added on the show dates themselves. 440H are surprisingly quiet right now but with the Second Gear Crew not currently having opponents… well, let speculation take the wheel.
