After several Scottish wrestling promotions decided to work on a joint Code of Conduct, following #SpeakingOut movement, ICW replied today to the allegations associated to the company and their wrestlers by working on its own Code of Conduct and Dignity at Work Policy.

ICW have decided to hire a Welfare Officer, independent of the roster, to allow staff and roster to talk directly to him. ICW also announce any allegations will be taken extremely seriously and anyone found guilty of a crime would be removed from the roster or crew immediately. The company also decided to support Equity’s 5 Pledges For Wrestling.
