During yesterday’s episode of NXT UK, a vignette announced the upcoming arrival of the 19-year UK wrestling veteran, Rampage Brown. This opportunity is something he has been deserving for many years, after proving everywhere he has wrestled he was synonymous with gold.
The Leeds native is a former 2-time Defiant Wrestling World Champion, a former PROGRESS Wrestling World Champion, a former 2-time ICW Tag Team Champion with fellow NXT UK star Ashton Smith, a former World of Sport Wrestling (WOS) Champion, the inaugural PROGRESS Wrestling Atlas Champion. WWE Network subscribers can currently some of his matches against Aleister Black, then Tommy End, at PROGRESS Wrestling.
Brown has also been contracted to WWE in the past and made appearances on Impact’s (formerly TNA) British Boot Camp. His powerhouse style should make him a fierce rival for anyone he steps in the ring with. As a trainer and a wrestler, Rampage Brown, 37, lives up to his name and is undoubtedly one of the most prolific stars NXT UK has on offer. More names are said to be announced in the coming weeks and make NXT UK roster grow to an unexpected level.
