Marty Scurll is officially gone from Ring of Honor. The company announced on Monday that they have mutually agreed to part ways, without any additional details.
Scurll signed a new deal with the company in January 2020, making him the head of creative for ROH in addition to his on-screen and in-ring work. However, the first show that would have seen him take charge, the Anniversary show in March was cancelled at the last minute due to the COVID-19 pandemic.
Following allegations against during the #SpeakingOut movement in June, ROH announced they would investigate anyone named as part of the movement. Scurll was removed from the roster page of the website in October and was not used when ROH returned from its hiatus. He had not been at tapings or PPVs since the restart of the shows.
