Welcome back to ChocoPro Wrestling. After a short break, (where we actually got to interview Akki) we are back with a new season and a new villain for the Best Bros to conquer. Black Comaneci had been rising in the ranks throughout season six and now they were getting their big shot in the opening show of season seven. Alongside that, we’d see Pencil Army look to work on new strategies as Emi Sakura and Lulu Pencil took on three opponents, Sayuri, Sayaka, and Chie Koishikawa. Lastly, we celebrate Sayaka Obihiro’s eleven-year anniversary as she opens the new season with a special singles match again Minoru Fujita. It’s time to kick off another madcap season of ChocoPro. Let’s waste no more time and get into it.

The season opened with a celebration. Minoru Fujita would have the honour of being the opponent in Sayaka Obihiro’s 11th-anniversary celebration match. It would be heavy strikes meet veteran wit as Obihiro looked to get a win over the Super Asia Champion. She instantly lit Fujita up with heavy chops and bounced Fujita off the wall. The two rushed through technical counters and danced around a lock-up. The pair continued their technical trading and Fujita tried to break Obihiro’s arm. Obihiro came back with a headlock and Fujita gave her the same, craftily trying to smother her in the process. A heated strike exchange broke out and Fujita dropkicked Obihiro in the back of the head. He continued to stretch out Obihiro and fought off a damaged arm to hammer Fujita with more horrifying chops. She clipped the window jumping up and Fujita pushed her outside. She headbutted Fujita away but he knocked her back out of the window. She sent him packing with a throat shot and finally nailed the diving throat shot. She twisted Fujita into a choke and went to work on breaking his arm. Fujita locked an ankle and continued to punish the leg when she forced a break whilst Obihiro delivered more stinging chops and arm shots. Obihiro headbutted free of a slam and downed Fujita with a dropkick. Fujita also fired back with one of his own so the pair traded even more dropkicks. Obihiro finally got the killing dropkick combo and scored a near-fall with a bridging headlock Suplex. Fujita countered Obihiro magic and downed her with a flying shoulder tackle before softening her up with knees for an Exploder. Obihiro kicked out and tried to score the win with a roll-up but Fujita reversed into his own roll-up trap and took the win. This had been a wild match full of stiff strikes, crafty tactics, and fun wrestling. What a brilliant way to celebrate an anniversary. The pair even shared a meal together. Happy 11-year anniversary Sayaka Obihiro!
Three on Two Handicap: Chie Koishikawa, Sayuri & Sayaka defeated Pencil Army (Lulu Pencil & Emi Sakura) via Diving X Chop to Pencil
Pencil Army love making things hard for themselves. As their losing streak grew ever longer, Sakura and Pencil looked to try some new game plans by trying to best a 3-on-1 handicap match. The problem was those three fighters were Sayuri, Sayaka, and Chie Koishikawa. This was not going to be easy. Pencil Army ignored the handshake, angering Koishikawa so Sayaka held her back as Sayuri started things. They saved her from an instant Pencil Army double-team and dodged a double clothesline to bounce Sakura off Pencil. Both Pencil Army members were trapped in bow and arrows but this seemed to piss Sakura off. She chopped Sayuri and tagged out. Sayuri instantly kicked down Pencil and locked her in a triple-team posing submission. Sakura swatted them away but the trio kept utilising quick tags to bully Pencil, mostly using Guillotines. Koishikawa hit a stinging back chop and Sayaka put her in a crab. Pencil whipped her into the wall and tripped her into a back elbow drop before getting the tag. Sakura hammered Sayaka with Riverdance kicks and Sayaka dropkicked her out of a charge. A forearm exchange broke out and Sakura tried to break the rules with a closed fist. Sayaka made the tag and held Sakura in place for Sayuri to hit a diving knee drop. Sayuri used her ninja agility to avoid a knee breaker and tried to unload a full clip of Kunai edge chops on Sakura as Sayaka held her in place. Instead, Sakura kicked away the last chop and dragged the pair into a double pin and stretch. Sayuri got a taste of the Riverdance kicks and sent Sakura flying into a tag with a back chop. She tagged to Koishikawa, who charged Pencil for a dropkick but got tripped on her face with a Pencil Roll. Pencil locked on the inverted Half Crab and ducked a chop to stab Koishikawa in the back.

Pencil Army tuned up the band with stomps and chops, then Sakura stepped over her own partner’s back to deliver a slow-motion We Will Rock You. Sakura booted away Sayuri as Pencil hit a Stabber to Sayaka and Koishikawa. Pencil Army tried for double La Magistral but Koishikawa and Sayaka locked on leg submissions as Sayuri played cheerleader. Sakura ate a Yakuza Kick and double dropkicks and Pencil tried to choke out Koishikawa with a Guillotine. Koishikawa reversed into her own Guillotine and enlisted the other two to hold her down as the Demon Chie came out to deliver the nastiest chop yet. The trio hit a diving chop/Sayaka Suplex combo but Sakura broke up the pin. She threw Sayuri and Sayaka out of the window and took a nasty chop from Koishikawa. Pencil tried to use the distraction for a roll-up but Koishikawa kicked out. Pencil stunned Koishikawa with a clothesline but Koishikawa chopped the second away, stunned Pencil with a backhand chop, and won with the diving X Chop and Sayuri and Sayaka dragged Sakura outside. This was such a car crash match but it was also excellent fun, gave everyone a spotlight, and showed off more new moves for the people involved. Koishikawa is really entering a new level in Chocolate Square.
Asia Dream Tag Team Titles: Best Bros (Baliyan Akki & Mei Suruga) defeated Black Comaneci (Antonio Honda & Tokiko Kirihara) via Lucifer on Kirihara
Last but not least, our main event. It was time for a whole new breed of challenger for the Best Bros. Akki and Suruga have fended off rule-breakers, Pencil Army, and a whole host of challengers but they had never come across a team like Black Comaneci. A team with weapons, comedy, and Tokiko Kirihara’s lethal submission/kicking game. This was going to be a war of epic proportions. Kirihara and Akki opened with a technical kicking fight with both trying for early submission wins. Akki tried to offer Kirihara a handshake but she just taunted and rolled him up. Both tagged out and the broken remnants of Apple Honey took over. Honda tried to distract Suruga with dance and had to fight off the urge to do the Apple Honey pose. Suruga reversed a wrist-lock so Honda punched her in the gut and gave her a hard chop. She slugged back and rocked Honda but Kirihara prevented her following up by pulling her hair. Suruga pulled back and Honda tried to hit her with a pop-up punch toy but Suruga turned it on him as he counted down. Akki took care of Kirihara and Suruga took Honda on a ride with the window-sill arm-drag. Akki threw her into a double stomp to Honda’s back and Honda hit a timeout strike after Suruga blocked his first attempt. Honda slammed her by her hair and danced on her head before hitting her with a headband-butt to the gut. He delivered more standing headband-butts and tagged in Kirihara who drove her staff into Suruga’s guts too. Suruga got revenge with a foot stomp and tried for the bridging Deathlock but Honda stopped this with a toy katana which he then used to continue the gut-based assault. Honda attacked her with a party whistle and stabbed at her legs with the katana. He stood on her face and again and repeatedly punched her in the head. Ref Sakura took umbrage with this so Honda returned to gut punches that she couldn’t see. Suruga escaped a slam into a roll-up and scored a two-count. She continued with the Super Mei punch and finally got the tag to freedom.
Akki came in fired up and instantly hit his patented combo. Honda fought off a slam with more gut punches and stunned Akki with a chop into more head punches. Akki reversed a whip into a backbreaker and nailed the Spider for two. Honda brought him crashing down from the window and tried for the dancing elbow but Akki cut him off with a wall-run head kick. Honda reversed again into a small package and super swinging neckbreaker then tagged out to Kirihara. She riddled Akki with heavy kicks and slammed him into the mat for the dancing foot stomp. She trapped Akki in the abdominal stretch and tried for her first straightjacket of the match but Akki turned it into a kicking arm snap. Akki locked up the arm and fought out of a roll-up to deliver another backbreaker. He tagged and Suruga came out swinging, smashing Honda with a forearm and bouncing Kirihara off the wall. She got the bridging Deathlock applied and attacked Honda with a sign before missing a double stomp on Kirihara. She hit Suruga with a Judo throw and locked on an armbar. This transitioned to a straightjacket and Suruga threw her into Akki for the double chop backbreaker. Honda made the save and punched away on the Best Bros. We got a dancing jab battle with Black Comaneci landing the bionic elbow. Honda distracted Sakura and accidentally hit Kirihara in the head with a whacky hammer before trying to unleash it on everyone else. He nailed Akki but Sakura grabbed the hammer before he could hit Suruga. She tried to attack him whilst he was struggling with Sakura but he hit her with a smaller, concealed whacky hammer. Black Comaneci went for a double-wall whip but Suruga turned into a crossbody on both. Akki tied Kirihara in a knot and held her in place for another lethal Suruga double stomp.

Honda made the save again and unloaded more punches on Akki before getting thrown by an assisted Suruga hurricanrana. Kirihara scooped her up and slammed her into the wall then baited Akki into splashing his own partner. She tried to throw both with a double Judo Throw but the Best Bros blocked and attacked with a double-team gutbuster and assisted Propellor Pin. Honda made the save again and Black Comaneci locked on double abdominal stretches. Best Bros reversed into double sleepers but Comaneci escaped with double Gon attacks. Suruga escaped Gon attacks but her dropkick turned the attack on Sakura. Suruga nailed a double stomp and the Propellor pin but Sakura was still out. Black Comaneci went for the double fan attack but ended up hitting each other. Honda was taken out with double diving moves and Kirihara tried to fight off Suruga but got locked in Lucifer and had to tap. Black Comaneci had really shown out here, giving the Best Bros one hell of a challenge and proving why they had been given the title shot. If was a different type of match for the Best Bros but for them, the result remained the same. They were still your Asia Dream Tag champs. I want this match again some time with Honda and Kirihara having even more weapons at their disposal. For now, we look to #110 where Best Bros and Egg Tarts will have to form an uneasy alliance against the full might of the Pencil Army. See you all again very soon.
