As first reported on Barstool Sports’ “Rasslin” podcast in Brandon Walker’s interview with Johnny Gargano, the black-and-gold brand will present NXT TakeOver: In Your House on Sunday, June 13, at 7 ET (midnight BST), streaming exclusively on Peacock in the U.S. and on WWE Network elsewhere. Former WWE announcer Todd Pettengill, who is synonymous with the iconic In Your House brand, will return to host the festivities.

NXT brought back the landmark event last June for the first time in more than 21 years, featuring the destructive TakeOver debut of current NXT Champion Karrion Kross and an unforgettable NXT Women’s Championship Triple Threat Match between Io Shirai, Charlotte Flair and Rhea Ripley.

In Your House was a major event for WWE in the 1990s, holding 27 total themed events and featuring some of the most memorable matches in WWE history. The return of the event was a play on the fact that NXT was no longer on the road, and instead, it would be in the houses of fans around the world.

The inaugural NXT TakeOver: In Your House event aired on June 7, 2020, with the iconic stage and presentation that made it a massive hit. The event saw Io Shirai win the NXT Women’s Championship in the main event against Charlotte Flair and Rhea Ripley, as well as Adam Cole successfully defend his NXT Championship for the final time against The Velveteen Dream in a Last Chance Backlot Brawl.
