WARNING: STRONG VIOLENCE AND LANGUAGE AHEAD
Welcome back to ICW and to the concluding part of the Deathmatch Circus weekend. After the carnage and unfortunate end to day one, we were getting another delicious dose of gore and deathmatch fun within the chains. It was a night for monsters as one of the headline attractions tonight was the showdown between ICW’s nightmares, Krule and the Carver of Cutter’s Alley. Alongside that, we’d see SHLAK vs. Eric Ryan, AKIRA vs. Brandon Kirk volume 2, Kasey Kirk vs. Dale Patricks, and so much more leading to the main event super tube bloodbath between Joel Bateman and John Wayne Murdoch over the ICW American Deathmatch Title. Let’s get into the mayhem.
SHLAK defeated Eric Ryan via Barbed Wire Door Valley Driver
![]()
We opened with the destined date between SHLAK and Eric Ryan. Whilst this was originally slated to be a title match, Eric Ryan no longer has the belt so SHLAK could give him an extra nasty beating for dropping the Title before SHLAK could get his hands on it or we could potentially see Ryan begin the climb back up the mountain after losing in quite shocking fashion to Joel Bateman. You could see he was wearing both the physical and psychological wounds of the night before as Ryan just couldn’t seem to get anything going. From the very get-go, SHLAK was on him with a barbed wire 2×4 and a whole lot of wrestling technique. That’s right, SHLAK Sabre Jr was out in force whilst Ryan could only withstand and try to choke out SHLAK. It didn’t work and he ended up stretched, ripped up, and put through multiple barbed wire doors. It was a shockingly one-sided match as the Undisputed King of the Deathmatch just seemed out of it. SHLAK dominated here and that’s not something I’m used to saying. Hopefully, Ryan takes some time to recover because, title or no title, he’s one of the very best between the ropes, in the pit, and in the chains. SHLAK seems unstoppable right now. He has beaten practically everyone the company has thrown at him later. Whoever is next better pray now because SHLAK might fucking kill them too.
AKIRA defeated Brandon Kirk (w/Kasey Kirk) via Death Penalty

Up next was a rematch of an encounter that spawned one of the most popular ICW gifs/clips ever made, the Kasey Kirk trashcan symbols. The first time AKIRA and Brandon fought, it was a very fun and competitive match. I was expecting more of the same here. Before the fight could begin, we got to see Kasey get her revenge, sandwiching AKIRA’s head between trash cans and giving her husband an early advantage. It didn’t last as AKIRA found some improvised weaponry and got to work using coolers, ice, and tubes to knock Kirk about. It just kept getting nastier too as we saw pure catharsis from AKIRA from all the losses he’d suffered. His Suplexes were deadlier, his kicks even harder and his fuckery use had malicious intent. That killer instinct was back and Kirk found himself the unfortunate victim of a rage outpouring. I’m not saying Kirk didn’t fight back, he got his licks in, and by the end, both fighters were aching, bloody, and exhausted but it was the Death Samurai that got his hand raised. This was the AKIRA I love to see. The one that mixes traditional with the fuckery and gets the win. That Death Penalty is lethal, no wonder so many people try to avoid it. This better not be a flash-in-the-pan win, I want an upward trajectory from here for AKIRA.
Satu Jinn defeated Neil Diamond Cutter via Glass Pane Cannonball
![]()
The train kept on rolling with another guaranteed dose of fun as we got a showdown between the Honey Badger Neil Diamond Cutter and the Deathmatch Genie, Satu Jinn. Both these guys know how to mix fun and violence so I was hoping for quite the enjoyable bout from the two. That’s just what I got. It was a constant back-and-forth war as Power and Fuckery met Agility and Fuckery. Cutter started fast and loud with a barrage of high-flying and weapon shots that Jinn had to withstand before getting his chance to throw Cutter around and slice him the fuck up. It was a constant thrill ride with both guys going for broke. They both seemed to have a point to prove and used the other as the drawing board to do so, giving us a fight with higher stakes than it first appeared to have. It was a damn good watch and an interesting fuckery match. Despite suffering a nasty loss at the hands of The Carver the previous night, Jinn was back re-energised and stronger than ever as he took everything Cutter had to offer and sent him to the Shadow Realm with a glass pane cannonball. This was a sick fight and both men made the absolute most of the time they had. They’re ICW mainstays for a reason.
Tommy Vendetta (w/Darren McCarty) defeated Bobby Beverly via Piledriver

Up next was an unpredictable one as we had two wildcards locking horns. Both Bobby Beverly and Tommy Vendetta are two of the most popular and most ruthless guys in the company and are both great at turning the odds in their favour. It was nigh on impossible to predict a winner as barely anyone beats the Enforcer and Vendetta is known to pull out the upsets. Hell, we all remember the massacre that happened the last time they fought in Tennessee. Darren McCarty was also present to look out for Tommy Vendetta during the fight, as security and a pharmacist. This was over in a flash. It was a sprint through tube warfare, some good old injury targeting, and some joint sharing before Beverly dished out the Suplexes and Vendetta stole a quick win with a Piledriver. Vendetta had just pulled the rug out from under the Bev and nabbed the win. it was a fun little sprint and a decent effort from Beverly considering his leg has been giving him issues. I don’t mind short matches and this had a whacky mix of everything during its runtime, including McCarty saving his joint as he was thrown about. Something tells me these two are far from done with each other.
Kasey Kirk (w/Brandon Kirk) defeated Dale Patricks via 187 Chair Drop
![]()
The Kirks returned to the ring for Kasey’s fight of the night. We were in for another bloody fireworks fest as Kasey Kirk collided with the Deathmatch Daddy, Dale Patricks. We had two of the gutsiest fighters in the company here so it was going to take an absolute fuck ton to keep one of these two from kicking out. Fucking hell, I wasn’t too far from the truth. Kasey was relentless in this one. It started with the pair getting in each other’s faces before descending into an anarchic mess of broken glass. Patricks got his licks in but a large portion of this match was the Deathmatch Daddy becoming a deathmatch punching bag as Kasey just abused him with tubes and bundles. Even when he thought he was winning, Kasey had an answer and often more glass. The Spider Suplex is becoming a pretty lethal weapon in her arsenal as she used it here again to send Patricks flying through a glass pane. The 187 followed as Brandon helped set it up and Kasey had yet another win on her insane run through the ranks. Wow, Kasey is unstoppable right now. What started as a shock win has snowballed into one insanely good run of high-quality deathmatches. No one should be sleeping on Kasey now. You line whoever up and she knocks them right down. I’m predicting that ICW American Deathmatch Title has her name written on it when ICW dares pull the trigger on it.
Krule defeated The Carver of Cutter’s Alley via Atrocity Driver
![]()
Here come the monsters. The marquee match was finally upon us as the Heathen Krule met the Psychopathic Slasher, The Carver of Cutter’s Alley. Both these guys are notorious punishment hounds, both inflicting and receiving some of the nastiest work in the company. Krule has been nigh on unstoppable during his time with the company and the Carver was looking to disturb that, along with everyone in the audience. This was fucking amazing. Like I’m not even going to act cool about it. I was gripped for the entire match as these two behemoths just threw each other and whatever weapon they could get a hold of around the venue. Krule didn’t even get a proper entrance as he emerged from the corn and got ambushed by the Carver. This was the unstoppable force meeting the immovable object with nails, cinderblocks, coals, and glass all coming into play as the two looked to put an end to each other, Freddy vs Jason style.

Neither man was going down as Krule dominated the early side of the match only for The Carver to stab a nail into his hand and throw panes of glass at him. There was an eerie air of desperation as both fighters realised that the monster in front of them could take the same level of punishment the other could. Because of that, they just kept upping the ante. Carver brought out his spike and axe so Krule started bringing out the power game. It was a coin toss as to who would win but, in this round (I hope there are more) Krule got the win, dropping Carver on his face with the Atrocity Driver. This is the shit I love to see. The whole show had been great and this just pushed it even farther into the realm of the morbid and macabre. Did you want a human horror film? These two gave you that and more.
ICW American Deathmatch Title: Joel Bateman defeated John Wayne Murdoch via Knock Out Knee Strikes
![]()
Last but not least, the main event. The American Deathmatch Title was on the line with Joel Bateman looking to defend his newly won title once again. Funnily enough, he was fighting another Reject in John Wayne Murdoch. The former King of the Company was looking to do the same thing as Bateman and become a two-time champ. To do so though, he was going to have to survive both Bateman and the absolute house of horrors ICW had constructed for this match. Jesus, this got a bit nasty. The ring was surrounded by super tubes and Bateman felt the sting of a lot of them, leaving him pretty badly cut. Murdoch went at him fast and never took his foot off the brakes as he tried to reclaim the title he’d held for so long. Bateman gave back just as hard and we had a ferocious glass fest to end things off with flaming doors coming into play as well. It was bloody, brutal, and full of heart as both guys fought for the biggest title the company has to offer. Bateman dodged death and got his second win in a row with those deadly knees and KO’ed Murdoch to retain. Bateman has lasted more than a night as champion during his second run and will now take the belt back home with him to defend in both Australia and New Zealand. That ended another maniacal week of deathmatch glory on a high note and left me waiting for the next time Bateman pays the company a visit. Holy shit ICW is on quite the roll right now and it doesn’t seem to be slowing down at all.
