Dear eNYGMAtic followers and readers,

due to personal issues, this week’s review, and maybe the coming weeks’ ones, will be shorter and probably less “Nygma” than usual.

The Nygma’s Chart of the Week

Tom Hannifan and The Drama King Matthew Rewholdt were on commentary. On ‘BTI, Bhupinder Gujjar defeated Johnny Swinger (BTI is now available only on Impact Wrestling YouTube and Facebook channels at 7.30 PM EST/12.30 AM GMT and on Impact Plus).

  • Backstage, Deaner told Doering he hasn’t seen Eric Young, so they’ll have to do it alone. He questioned if it was a chance to prove themselves.

  • IMPACT World Champion Josh Alexander & The MCMG defeated Violent by Design. Eric Young made a last-minute entrance. Shelley rolled Deaner into the Motor City Stretch, EY tried to make the save but got caught in an ankle lock from Josh Alexander. Deaner tapped out, as did Young.

  • After the match, Alexander was celebrating with Shelley and Sabin when Sabin held the belt and showed Alexander he was on a new quest for the gold. I think Shelley was also eyeing on the title…

  • New Killer Kelly promo video.

  • Steve Maclin defeated James Storm.

  • After the match, the lights went out and Sami Callihan appeared but Maclin ran up the ramp while the lights were out to avoid Sami.

  • Ric Flair Moment of The Week

  • Backstage, Chris Sabin told Scott D’Amore to please take him into consideration when considering the next number one contender. said he felt something when he held the Impact Wrestling World Championship. D’Amore told Sabin he will allow him to earn his World Title shot but he noticed Shelley helped them win the tag match earlier tonight so, next week, they will square off to determine the number one contender.

  • Chelsea Green defeated Mickie James.

  • Rosemary was hesitant about taking Taya to the Undead Realm but she finally agreed and told her they get in getting Havok and get out before they transport to some really dark place. Rosemary told Taya her rules don’t apply as she asked about directions and, as she’s on a tangent, Taya walked into some light. Taya was in an all-white room and said this is totally more her vibe. Taya backed up into Havok as Rosemary realized what has happened and followed Taya into the light. Rosemary, of course, was much less interested in the light but found Havok and tapped her on the shoulder. Taya told Rosemary she was so happy to find her and she said, “I see you’ve met Jessicka,” who smiled big at Rosemary to end the segment.

  • Bhupinder Gujjar, who defeated Swinger on BTI, asked Myers what was next. He replied that he’s on his way but he can’t challenge until he has that blue checkmark on social media.

  • Masha Slamovich massacred Tenille w/ The Influence.

  • Backstage, X-Division Champion Speedball Mike Bailey told Gia Miller he’s been thinking about Deaner a lot since last week’s attack. He said his open challenge for his championship has gotten a lot of attention. He told Deaner if he wanted his attention all he had to do was ask. Bailey said he will have a match with Deaner next week.

  • Backstage, Mickie James told Gia Miller you’re only as good as your last match, so she’s going home.

  • Honor No More were making their entrance when Heath attacked Vincent from behind, taking him out on the ramp and dipping out through the crowd. PCO followed Vincent backstage.

  • Honor No More (Matt Taven, Mike Bennett, Eddie Edwards & Kenny King) w/ Maria defeated Bullet Club (IMPACT World Tag Team Champions The Good Brothers, Ace Austin & Chris Bey.

To be eNYGMAtic…

Another very good episode with good action in the ring. With Emergence taking place in 4 weeks, Impact Wrestling have the time to build up a strong card, mostly with new players in the game…
On this “Nygma Needs to Slow Down” note, until next week (if I want), take care, stay safe, watch wrestling, and never EVER forget to stay #eNYGMAtic…
